Booking and Access

Park use is by booking appointment only. Please arrive and leave on time to respect the next booking. Do not enter the park before your booked time.

Access is for booked users only – do not share gate codes or access details.

Please do not exceed the maximum number of dogs per booking

Keep dogs on leads until inside the secure fenced area. No off-lead dogs in the parking area.
Dog Safety and Behaviour

Dogs must be supervised at all times; never leave dogs unattended.

Fill in any holes your dog(s) digs and report any damage should it happen.

Pick up after your dog(s) immediately – bins and bags are provided.

Your dog(s) should be free of any infectious disease. It is recommended that all dogs who enter the park have up to date worming and flea treatments, and be vaccinated for distemper, Parvovirus and Bordetella (Kennel Cough).

Dog(s) should be free of contagious diseases, whether internal or external (including fleas and ticks). Do not attend the park if your dog has shown signs of illness within 48 hours of use.

Treat toys, equipment, and obstacles with care; return them to their place after use where possible. Please do not take the toys or equipment away from the field.
Responsibility

Do not bring glass bottles, alcohol, or smoking materials into the park.

Do not leave rubbish, food or dog treats in the park, or in the equipment.

Children must be supervised.

Use the park at your own risk. The Park owners are not liable for injury or loss.

Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs.

​The secure perimeter fences surrounding the park are 6ft high - if your dog can escape this height do not book the park - we will not accept any responsibility for any escapees, or any injuries inflicted for dogs attempting to escape the fences.

Park vehicles sensibly and do not obstruct surrounding roads or areas. Vehicles are parked on our car park at your own risk, and we can not be liable for any damage or theft. There is a tarmac waiting zone that you may park on to exit your car and open the car park gate to ensure you are not parked on the road.

Please allow 12 hours notice for cancellations, up to 1 hour in extreme weather conditions.
- Extreme conditions: where the temperate exceeds 25 degrees Celsius.
- Where the temperature is lower than minus 4 degrees Celsius.
- Excessive rainfall where flooding or obstruction to roads may be caused.
- Excessive snow or ice where roads may be inaccessible and temperatures too cold.
- High winds exceeding 30-40mph pose as a hazard.
